- Answer Requisitions on Title and arrange signature of the Real Property Transfer
- Arrange the discharge of your mortgage (if applicable)
- Check the purchaser’s proposed settlement figures, obtain discharge amount and issue a direction to pay for the balance of sale proceeds
- Arrange settlement of your sale with the purchaser’s solicitor and your financial institution
- Attend settlement and all other necessary conferences on your behalf
Buying a Property
If you are taking the first exciting steps to purchasing your first home, an investment property or simply just making a move into a more suitable home.

- Arrange your pre-purchase inspections such as pest and building if required
- Fully explain the Contract and Special Conditions to you before you sign
- Arrange an exchange of Contracts with the vendor’s solicitors

- Prepare the Real Property Transfer
- Prepare and send Requisitions on Title to the vendor
- If applicable, talk to your financial institution about your mortgage and provide them with their requirements so they are ready for settlement
- If applicable, make an Application for Exemption from stamp duty under the First Home Plus Scheme
- Take care of stamping your Contract & Transfer on behalf of the Office of State Revenue
- If applicable, arrange for payment of stamp duty
- Arrange settlement of your purchase with the vendor’s solicitors and your financial institution
- Attend settlement and all other necessary conferences on your behalf
